Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing the Agent Ops Bundle ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Product.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Agent Ops Bundle skills, documentation, and associated materials for your personal or commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the source files with third parties.

3. Product Delivery

Digital products will be delivered via email to the address provided at checkout within 24 hours of successful payment. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the delivery email within this timeframe.

4. Refund Policy & 14-Day Installation Guarantee

The Product is covered by a 14-day installation guarantee. If you are unable to install your first system within 14 days of purchase, contact support within that 14-day period and we will issue a full refund. To help us improve the Product (and to give us a chance to get you unstuck first if you would like the help), please include a brief description of the installation issue you encountered with your refund request.

Outside of this guarantee, and due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds except where required by law. If you experience technical issues with the delivered files at any time, please contact support for assistance.

5. No Guarantees

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about your ability to achieve specific results or earn income using these systems. Results depend on many factors including your effort, market conditions, and proper implementation.

6. Third-Party Services

The systems require third-party services (APIs, hosting platforms, automation tools) which are subject to their own terms and pricing. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining access to these services.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mark Fulton or Reinventing.AI Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Product.
